A sake brewery in Kyushu established during the late Edo period
The Asakura region, which is where we are located, is one of the top grain-producing areas in Kyushu. It also receives subsoil water from the Aso mountains and the underground waters, which are famous brand-name spring waters, are used in every production process of alcoholic beverages.
Established around 220 years ago. The alcoholic beverages, which are made with quality as the top priority, are highly esteemed both domestically and abroad.
Sake: Hiramatsu
Served at the 2015 World Economic Forum (Davos Convention) banquet.
Shochu: Sen Nen No Nemuri
Received the Monde Selection Gold Award 16 times since receiving it for the first time in 1999.
Received the Premium Gold Award in 2014 and 2015.
Amazake
30 years since it was first released.

A liqueur based on wheat shochu stored for over five years with the flavor and aroma of its barrel.
