What is Narezushi?
A nourishing food with higher nutritional value and shelf life after fermentation than as the original ingredients. As with fermented soybeans and cheese, it can remove waste products from the blood vessels and prevent blood clots and cancer.
Further, it has lower cholesterol than cheese, and contains unsaturated fatty acids, known to be ideal for the body.
