ABOUT THIS COMPANY

Zanpa Black and Zanpa White were created through trial and error in distilling and filtering processes while preserving traditional methods in hopes of having as many people get to know awamori as possible. They are our major products made through reduced-pressure distillation and are characterized by the distinct way the black malt makes them go down along with their fruity aroma.
The atmospherically distilled drink with a rich flavor and the mild drink that has been distilled under reduced pressure are recommended Ryuku awamoris with quality that meets internationally recognized standards.
